Pursuant to section 49 of the Privacy Act 1993, I give notice that the Telecommunications Information Privacy Code 2003 Amendment No 7 was issued on 8 April 2020 and will come into force on 7 May 2020.

This amendment may be inspected at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, Level 13, 51 Shortland Street, Auckland, or obtained free of charge from the website: www.privacy.org.nz.
