The following orders were made by Judge B. A. Gibson on 18 February 2020:

An order pursuant to section 46C and section 46D of the Fair Trading Act 1986, prohibiting Allan Robert Hawkins from being, without the leave of the District Court, a director of, or being in any way (whether directly or indirectly) concerned in or taking part in the management of, an incorporated or unincorporated body that carries on business in New Zealand, for a period of eight years; and

An order pursuant to section 46C and section 46D of the Fair Trading Act 1986, prohibiting Wayne Robert Hawkins from being, without the leave of the District Court, a director of, or being in any way (whether directly or indirectly) concerned in or taking part in the management of, an incorporated or unincorporated body that carries on business in New Zealand, for a period of ten years.
