Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Patel & Co, 344 Great South Road, Hunters Corner, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on 14 February 2020 Kensington Finance Limited Partnership appointed him receiver and manager of the property of ARROWMASTERS LIMITED (“debtor”) under the power contained in a general security agreement dated 26 October 2018.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the debtor’s present and after acquired property, being all of the debtor’s personal property and all other property including the properties at 172–174 Great South Road, Otahuhu, and 9 Albion Road, Otahuhu, and/or the entitlement to all lease payments and any other sums payable in relation to those properties.
