Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 11 December 2020, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after acquired property (including personal property and other property), except for certain specified property, of the above-named parties, by Rabobank New Zealand Limited pursuant to an agreement dated 18 July 2012.
