Notice of Resignation and Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Sections 8 and 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Take notice that Colin Thomas McCloy has resigned from the office of receiver and manager of OPI PACIFIC FINANCE LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) with effect from 7 December 2020.

And take notice that the existing and continuing appointment of John Howard Ross Fisk as receiver and manager of the company remains in place.

The office address of the receivers and managers of the company is at the offices of PwC, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland Central, Auckland.

Creditors and shareholders of the company may direct inquiries during normal business hours to (09) 355 8000.
