Notice of Receiver Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, I, Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioner of Whangarei, advise that the receivership has ended and that I have now ceased to act as receiver and manager of this company.
