Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 9 August 2020, Damien Mitchell Grant was appointed receiver and manager of the above mentioned individual under the powers conferred under the general security agreement dated 26 August 2017, whose property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property and other property.
