Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Rodewald, Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, all CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company on 21 August 2020 under the powers contained in a general security deed dated 8 April 2020 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
