Notice is hereby given that on 20 January 2020, Andrew Bethell and Andrew McKay, both chartered accountants and CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company under the terms of a general security agreement/debenture dated 29 May 2017.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertakings, property and assets/present and after acquired property.
