Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 14 July 2020, Damien Mitchell Grant was appointed receiver and manager of the above-mentioned entities under general security agreements dated 12 June 2020, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property, and other property.
