Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Notice is hereby given that Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant, was appointed receiver of the LOTHBURY TRUST (in receivership) by order of the High Court at Auckland on 27 July 2020.

The Property in Receivership is: All the trusts undertaking, property and assets.
