John Fisk and Richard Nacey, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers of VEY GROUP LIMITED on 12 June 2020 at 10.00am by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 174 of the Companies Act 1993.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertakings, properties and assets.

We fix 17 July 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
