Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 8 June 2020, the holder of the general security deed dated 25 May 2017 appointed David Ian Ruscoe and Malcolm Russell Moore, accredited insolvency practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of the company.
