Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Heath Gair, insolvency practitioner, of Palliser Insolvency Limited, was appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company on 4 June 2020 at 1.00pm under the terms of a security deed dated 12 December 2018. The property in receivership is all present and after-acquired property.
