Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, CA ANZ accredited insolvency practitioner, was on 27 May 2020, appointed as receiver and manager of the property of INFOREST LOGGING LIMITED (in liquidation and in receivership) and MURRAY WILLIAM RAYNEL (in receivership) under the powers contained in instruments dated 28 March 2017 and 13 September 2019.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
