Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Sections 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Malcolm Hollis and John Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of PETERS PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED and BP INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LIMITED (both in receivership) and GERARD MARSHALL PETERS (receivers appointed) on 26 May 2020 under the terms of security agreements dated 3 April 2017, 16 June 2017 and 10 October 2017 and 3 April 2017 respectively.

The property in receivership is all of the debtors’ undertakings, property and assets.
