Notice is hereby given that on 28 April 2020, Diana Clare Matchett and Colin Anthony Latham Gower, both accredited insolvency practitioners of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company under the terms of a master agreement for the purchase of accounts receivable dated 17 December 2018. The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
