Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 17 April 2020, Damien Mitchell Grant was appointed receiver and manager of the above-mentioned company under a general security agreement dated 28 August 2019, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
