Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On 21 April 2020, the holder of the general security deed dated 25 May 2017 appointed Malcolm Russell Moore and David Ian Ruscoe, accredited insolvency practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of the company.
