Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 6 April 2020, Damien Mitchell Grant was appointed receiver and manager of the above mentioned company under a general security agreement dated 22 November 2017, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property including all proceeds arising from that property.
