Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Brendon James Gibson and Grant Robert Graham, accredited insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 14 April 2020 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of the above-named companies pursuant to a general security deed dated 14 October 2011.
