Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Brendon James Gibson and Neale Jackson, accredited insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 1 April 2020 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company pursuant to a Trust Deed dated 8 August 2003 as amended by a Deed of Amendment and Restatement – Deposit Trust Deed dated 18 November 2016 and a Deed of Amendment dated 29 March 2018 and security interest registered in accordance with the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 on 9 October 2003.
