Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Brendon James Gibson and Neale Jackson, accredited insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 5 March 2020 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company pursuant to a general security agreement dated 1 February 2017.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: Certain assets and undertaking of the company including the proceeds and chattels in respect of the property at 2 Stanley Street, Parnell, Auckland (NA126/147 and NA53/26). The undertaking includes any right of indemnification.
