Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Neale Jackson, Brendon James Gibson and Grant Robert Graham, accredited insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 26 February 2020 we were appointed joint and several receivers of the income of certain property owned by the companies charged by mortgages granted in favour of Bank of New Zealand.
