Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 25 February 2020, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, of Meltzer Mason, Level 2, 5–7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland 1023, in accordance with Rule 32.2 of the High Court Rules, was appointed receiver of:

1. 06-0103-0334476-00 held with ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited;
2. 06-0241-0913759-00 held with ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited;
3. 06-0241-0913759-50 held with ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited; and
4. Any other New Zealand bank accounts (including term deposits) of Surya Bidesi’s, or held by Peter Atish Chandra Bidesi in his capacity as Executor of the Will of the deceased, including but not limited to, accounts held in the names “S M Bidesi”, “Surya Munidial Bidesi”, and “Est of Surya Munidial Bidesi”.
