Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries and David Sean Webb were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of ALLOT COMMUNICATIONS (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED (in liquidation) by a resolution of its shareholder on 18 February 2020 at 4.15am. This is a solvent liquidation.

16 April 2020 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
