Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Craig A. Sanson and Malcolm G. Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 21 February 2020 at the times stated below:

KEANE CIVIL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.51am.

KEANE CAMPING LIMITED (in liquidation) 10.52am.

We fix 3 April 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
