CONE ENTERPRISES (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation)
Vivien Madsen-Ries and David Webb, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of CONE ENTERPRISES (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch on 12 February 2020 at 10.05am.
On 17 February 2020, Colin Owens, of Deloitte, subsequently replaced Vivien Madsen-Ries as liquidator.
8 April 2020 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
