Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 12 February 2020 and 17 February 2020, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidations commenced on 12 February 2020 at 3.33pm and 17 February 2020 at 10.00am respectively.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 27 March 2020.
