Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Vivien Madsen-Ries and David Webb of Deloitte were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of ALR LOGGING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court in Auckland on 7 February 2020 at 10.10am.

On 7 February 2020, Colin Owens of Deloitte subsequently replaced Vivien Madsen-Ries as liquidator.

3 April 2020 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
