Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Subsequent to the directors of the company filing a resolution at the Companies Office pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) stating that on appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts, Craig Sanson and David Bridgman of Auckland, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholders at 10.00am on 12 February 2020, the time and date the liquidation commenced.

We fix 20 March 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
