Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that MT WHITE STATION LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 February 2020 to be put into liquidation.

Iain Andrew Nellies was appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 3 February 2020 at 3.18pm, and creditors may make enquiries to the liquidator whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, PO Box 1058, Dunedin 9054.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation with the shareholders resolving that all creditors will be paid in full.
