Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Notice is hereby given that on 23 December 2019 at 4.25pm it was resolved pursuant to section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 that SAMOA MONI I LANA GAGANA AOGA AMATA be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, both RITANZ Insolvency Practitioners accredited by CA ANZ, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 23 February 2020, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned charitable trust are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
