On 21 December 2020, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HUMBLE TRADING LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 21 December 2020 at 10.30am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 19 February 2021.
