Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the companies listed below commenced on 16 December 2020 at 11.35am Murray G. Allott, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner, has been appointed as liquidator of each company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the shareholders passing a special resolution. The directors of each company have signed a declaration as required under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 that the company will be able to pay its debts in full in the 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator:

DELTA WOODS LIMITED (in liquidation).

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a creditors’ meeting.
