Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Andrew McKay and Andrew Bethell, chartered accountants and Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by their shareholders on 17 December 2020 at 11.15am.

The directors have signed a declaration under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 stating that the companies will be able to pays their debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that as joint and several liquidators of the companies, we fix 29 January 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
