Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GALISTAIR ENTERPRISES LIMITED by the directors after they had completed a resolution as to solvency on 17 December 2020 at 1.15pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 15 January 2021.

Note: GALISTAIR ENTERPRISES LIMITED is a solvent liquidation.
