Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Richard Nacey and John Fisk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of VEY GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North pursuant to section 174(2)(g) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 9 December 2020 at 12.00pm on the application of the Trustees of the Orana Trust.

We fix 5 February 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
