Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Marcus McMillan and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS LIMITED by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 16 December 2020 at 4.00pm on the application of Chorus New Zealand Limited.

We fix 31 January 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
