Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries and David Sean Webb were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of PROJECT DIRECT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 3 December 2020 at 10.55am.

The appointment was made on the application of Meredith Connell.

3 February 2021 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
