Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 16 December 2020 on the application of the Inland Revenue Department. The times of appointment as follows:

• SUPER TRADING HOUSE LIMITED at 10.21am.
• KITCHEN & KITCHEN LIMITED at 10.23am.
• SEAVIEW BRICK AND BLOCKLAYING LIMITED at 10.53am.

We fix 5 February 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
