Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Persuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 4 June 2020, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) and 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, that PORTSIDE INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Rex Harding, chartered accountant of The Mount Accountants Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 4 June 2020 at 3.15pm.

Liquidator’s Section 245 Notice to Creditors

To all known creditors:

Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 that:

1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose specified in section 245(1)[(a)] [(b)] of the Companies Act 1993.
2. That all creditors were paid up to the date of the resolution and that the shareholder acknowledges that the company is solvent and has the ability to pay its debts.
3. No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
