Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Keaton Alexander Pronk, CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the shareholders of the companies on 5 February 2020 at 1.03pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 20 March 2020 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
