Iain McLennan and Peri Micaela Finnigan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GOLDEN OCEAN INVESTMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 8 December 2020 at 10.05am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 20 January 2021.
