On 11 December 2020, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DAVID & SUE LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 December 2020 at 3.00pm.
