Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 7 December 2020, MIDCENTRAL PHARMACY SERVICES LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 3.09pm, and TARANAKI PHARMACY SERVICES LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 3.10pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

The liquidators fix 25 January 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
