Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning were appointed joint and several liquidators of COMPASS HOMES (AUCKLAND SOUTH) LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Tauranga on 7 December 2020 at 10.22am, following an application by Compass Homes Limited.
