Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by order of the High Court of New Zealand at Greymouth on 7 December 2020 at 10.00am upon the petition of Peter Walsh & Associates Limited.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 15 February 2021, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
