Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies appointed Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP120) of Auckland, as liquidator.

The liquidation commencement dates and times are as follows:

KIWIKREW ROADIES AND CREWING LIMITED on 1 December 2020 at 3.10pm.

SUPACREW LIMITED on 1 December 2020 at 3.15pm.

V2 CONSTRUCTION LIMITED on 1 December 2020 at 3.40pm.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 29 January 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make claims and establish any priority.
