Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Webb were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the below companies:

ZANY ZEUS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on 17 November 2020 at 10.11am at the High Court at Wellington.

SOY ORGANIC LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on 17 November 2020 at 10.12am at the High Court at Wellington.

ZANY ZEUS ON WHEELS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on 17 November 2020 at 10.13am at the High Court at Wellington.

The above appointments were made on the application of Bank of New Zealand.

12 January 2021 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
